Priced per business. Not per seat.
Countmill charges a flat platform fee per business entity in your group — every entity gets unlimited seats. Groups running more than five entities move to consolidated group pricing, finalized with you directly.

How pricing works.
Count your business entities
Tally the businesses inside your parent org — each one is a scoped entity, not a discount tier.
Every seat is included
Unlimited seats per entity, on every tier — adding people never changes the bill.
Consolidated view from entity two
The "All businesses" view turns on the moment a second entity joins the group.
Group pricing past five entities
Beyond five entities, pricing consolidates into one group rate, finalized on the call.

One flat fee per business entity, unlimited seats included.
An entity is one business inside your parent org — its own deals, tickets, catalog, inventory and chart of accounts, scoped so nothing crosses into another business by accident. Every entity rolls up into the consolidated "All businesses" view, and every entity is billed under the one flat platform fee.
Common questions.
Is there a per-seat charge?
No. Countmill charges a flat platform fee per business entity, and every entity gets unlimited seats. Adding people to a business never changes the bill.
Can we add a business later?
Yes. Add a new business entity to your parent org whenever you need one — the consolidated "All businesses" view picks it up automatically, and billing adjusts to reflect the new group size.
Do you support multiple currencies?
Yes. Books carries multi-currency and exchange-rate revaluation per entity, so a group with businesses in different currencies still consolidates cleanly.
Do you help with migration?
Every tier includes onboarding — Group tier includes a dedicated onboarding track for importing your existing entity, ledger and record structure.
Are there contracts or lock-in?
Term length and billing cadence are finalized with you on the call, alongside the fee itself. Nothing is set until you have talked to us.
